We are currently seeking a professional with experience as a Human Resources Professional Intern for this position. You will be responsible for providing operational and administrative support through the organization, digitization, and document management of personnel files, ensuring the integrity, availability, and confidentiality of information. REQUIREMENTS: Graduate in Administration, Industrial Relations, Psychology, or related fields. Minimum 3 months of experience in this position (preferred). RESPONSIBILITIES: Organize and systematically structure physical and digital personnel files. Review and update personal data lists (DNI/ID card, email addresses, addresses, dependents, bank accounts, others); conduct detailed reviews of each employee’s physical files. Support administrative processes within the HR department. Maintain confidentiality of personnel information. Participate in organizing onboarding activities. Support execution of integration activities and festive events. Participate in developing forms, surveys, reports, and departmental documents.
