Teamwork and proactive attitude SOL DE LOS ANDES Kitchen Assistant Location: Yanaquihua Arirahua, Arequipa Regime: 20x10 Job Description We are looking for a Kitchen Assistant responsible for supporting food preparation and maintaining order and cleanliness in the kitchen area, complying with established hygiene, quality, and safety standards. Main Responsibilities Washing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment. Cleaning and disinfecting work areas (kitchen, dining area, and storage). Assisting in chopping and basic food preparation (vegetables, meats, ingredients). Assisting in plating and serving dishes. Receiving, storing, and rotating supplies (FIFO). Assisting in portion control and food distribution. Proper waste disposal and handling of refuse. Assisting in basic inventory management of supplies. Complying with food hygiene and safety regulations. Other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. Requirements Minimum experience in kitchen or similar positions. Availability to work under a 20x10 regime. Availability to work at high altitude. Proactive attitude and willingness to work in a team. Operation Location Mining unit located in Yanaquihua Arirahua, approximately 7 hours from Arequipa and at 4,000 m above sea level. Benefits Direct payroll registration. 100% covered meals.
