Job Summary: Responsible for equipment cleaning, preventive and corrective maintenance, installation, and diagnostics, ensuring proper operation and coordinating with customers. Key Highlights: 1. Comprehensive equipment maintenance and technical solutions. 2. Direct coordination with customers and emergency response. 3. Customer training and maintenance plan management. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: Perform continuous cleaning and preservation of equipment. Carry out equipment preventive maintenance plan activities, coordinating required preparations in advance of execution. Install equipment at new customer sites and support start-up. Propose solutions and improvements to common operational and maintenance issues. Directly coordinate with customers, providing clear and professional responses, and handling high-pressure situations. Provide immediate emergency response, delivering effective and rapid solutions, with full availability for communication. Manage the execution of maintenance plans for assigned customers. Prepare daily equipment reports and record all maintenance performed. Schedule preventive and corrective maintenance tasks. Ensure proper functioning of equipment and transfer processes. Train customers and external personnel on equipment operation. Coordinate and monitor all interrelations within the maintenance department. Diagnose, maintain, and repair electrical, electronic, analog, hydraulic, and mechanical equipment. Prepare monthly maintenance reports or other reports as requested. Maintain assigned tools, equipment, and vehicles in optimal working and clean condition. Keep an updated kardex of materials/spare parts under responsibility and submit material requests proactively. Submit vehicle movement reports as instructed. Complete equipment inspection reports.
