Job Summary: We are seeking a Field Affiliator to establish strategic partnerships with businesses by visiting various establishments and building a portfolio of affiliated locations. Key Points: 1. Field sales or similar experience 2. Ability to negotiate and communicate effectively 3. Flexible schedules and 100% field work A last-mile distribution and logistics company is looking for a Field Affiliator for the Cusco area. REQUIREMENTS: Completed secondary education. Minimum 6 months of experience as a route promoter, merchandiser, field salesperson, affiliator, or similar role. Availability to perform field work. Strong communication and negotiation skills, and results orientation. Must reside in Cusco. Availability for immediate incorporation. RESPONSIBILITIES: Visit stores, warehouses, pharmacies, hardware stores, bookstores, and other businesses within the assigned area. Offer services to establish partnerships with strategic partners as delivery points. Register information from interested locations. Follow up on required documentation. Coordinate validation and activation of affiliated points. Submit daily route reports. Build and consolidate a portfolio of affiliated points. WORK CONDITIONS: Flexible schedules. Employment modality: service-specific honorarium receipt. Payment based on goal achievement and commissions. Commission per affiliated point and additional commission per activated point. 100% field work.
