Job Summary: We are seeking a Warehouse Assistant for a commercial group in Cusco, responsible for product receipt, picking, dispatch, and fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) stock control. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in similar roles and knowledge of distribution routes. 2. End-to-end product management, from receipt to stock control. 3. Maintenance of warehouse order and cleanliness, ensuring good practices. A prominent commercial group dedicated to the distribution of fast-moving consumer goods is seeking to hire a Warehouse Assistant in the city of Cusco. REQUIREMENTS: - Completed secondary education or incomplete or completed studies in administration, logistics, or related fields. - Prior experience in similar positions. - Knowledge of distribution routes. - Availability to work rotating shifts from Monday to Saturday. FUNCTIONS: Receipt, sampling, picking, dispatch, stock control, and other related activities. Prepare reports on non-conforming products (NCP) and good-condition products (GCP) returned from the market. Daily review of market returns due to rejection. Prepare reports on promotional materials. Weekly preparation of the maximum receipt time (MRT) report for perishable products. Implement traffic-light labeling (semaforización) for assigned product lines. Perform daily physical inventory counts of products. Maintain order and cleanliness in the finished goods warehouse to ensure good storage practices. Perform product picking. Receive supply vendors at the finished goods warehouse. Conduct sampling upon product receipt. Comply with safety policies in the finished goods warehouse. Participate in 5-minute safety talks.
