Responsibilities: * Posting job vacancies and maintaining advertisements across various platforms. * Recruiting and sourcing candidates for operational positions. * Initial **resume screening** based on basic requirements. * Scheduling and confirming interviews; coordinating with departments. * Administering psychological assessments and employment reference checks. * Updating candidate statuses in **ATS** and generating operational reports. \* Requirements: * Graduate in Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields. * **1–2 years of experience** in recruitment and selection for mass positions. * Proficiency in Excel.
