




Position Summary: The Insurance Processing and Customer Service Executive (ATS) is responsible for attending to and advising affiliated patients, coordinating care processes, and managing insurance procedures. At **Macsalud**, a leading healthcare company in the Cusco region, we are seeking to incorporate into our team an **Insurance Processing and Customer Service Executive (ATS)** oriented toward efficiency, control, and continuous improvement. **POSITION PURPOSE** The Insurance Processing and Customer Service Executive (ATS) serves and advises the public to ensure proper care for patients affiliated with various Health Service Providers, and monitors daily outpatient and inpatient care services. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Organize and coordinate patient insurance care processes with outpatient clinics, hospitalization, and emergency services according to their coverage. * Monitor the delivery of all outpatient and inpatient services generated daily. * Request medical reports from Medical Audit for procedures and interventions requiring them (OUTP/INP). * Manage and register guarantee letters in accordance with established procedures. * Receive, organize, and distribute imaging, laboratory, and pathology reports to the corresponding departments. * Ensure courteous service and effective communication with patients. * Coordinate with department heads to resolve incidents occurring during the care process. * Anticipate the needs of insured patients and medical requirements. * Maintain up-to-date information on care processes and agreements with insurers. * Participate in training programs and propose improvements in patient care. **REQUIREMENTS** * University degree in Administration, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, Economics, and/or a technical professional degree in related fields. * Specialization or diplomas in areas relevant to the position’s functions. * Minimum of (01\) year of experience as an insurance processing and customer service executive. **WHAT WE OFFER** * Join a solid and growing institution. * Job stability and an excellent organizational climate. * Timely salary payments and statutory benefits. * Continuous training. **Macsalud** is an inclusive company committed to equal opportunity, in compliance with **Law No. 29973**.
