In Peru, we operate across most economic sectors—including mining, agriculture, and fisheries—forming part of the value chain for their products and services. **Job Description** * Coordinate the laboratory’s technical and administrative activities. * Manage new testing techniques. * Ensure compliance with the laboratory’s technical, operational, and quality requirements. * Verify the calibration status and operational functionality of equipment and glassware used in the laboratory. * Verify routine quality control procedures performed in areas related to the laboratory’s work. * Provide direct support to shift supervisors and/or laboratory coordinators for effective management of the laboratory’s operational workflow. **Requirements** * University graduate or technical bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, Mineral Processing, or related fields. * One to two years of experience in fire assay analysis, carbon and sulfur determination, and/or mineral processing—especially gold-bearing minerals. * Proven experience in bullion analysis. * Intermediate-level office software proficiency. **Additional Information** * Enrollment in intermittent payroll from day one. * Statutory life insurance. * Ongoing training opportunities. * Corporate partnership agreements.
