




Job Summary: Talent Attraction Coordinator leads and manages recruitment strategies, teams, and selection processes for administrative and strategic profiles. Key Highlights: 1. Ensure continuous improvement of talent attraction and selection processes Our client, a leading company in the physical security sector, is seeking a Talent Attraction Coordinator to work at its Cusco office. Responsibilities: * Define and execute the **recruitment strategy** per area/internal client (channels, campaigns, job fairs, referrals, universities). * Manage the **national team of Analysts and Assistants**: vacancy assignment, follow-up, coaching, resolution of blockers. * Lead recruitment and selection processes for administrative and strategic profiles across the organization. * Organize and standardize selection processes, ensuring traceability and compliance. * Monitor **KPIs** and prepare dashboards/reports (weekly/monthly) for HR. * Serve as point of contact with operational managers to align needs and fulfill requirements. * Ensure continuous improvement of talent attraction, selection, and candidate experience. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Relations or related field. * **3–6 years** of experience in recruitment/selection (including specialist/managerial positions). * Experience leading teams of more than 8 people in provincial locations. * Experience in selection processes within the security sector. * Experience managing large-scale recruitment processes nationwide (50 to 100 processes).
