Position Summary: We are seeking a Civil Engineering professional with experience in BIM modeling for structural engineering to conceptualize and develop projects following the BIM methodology. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in BIM modeling applied to structural engineering in consulting. 2. Advanced proficiency in Revit Structure and Navisworks, as well as AutoCAD. 3. Participation in the conceptualization and development of BIM projects. **Education:** *Technical or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.* **Experience:** *3 to 5 years of experience in BIM modeling applied to structural engineering within consulting firms.* **Main Responsibilities:** * *Participate in the conceptualization, design, planning, and formulation of projects through the implementation and development of the BIM methodology in the structural engineering discipline.* * *Develop the information models for the assigned project according to the requirements established in the organization’s BIM methodology, procedures, standards, and each project’s specific requirements.* * *Create and manage parametric families, as well as configure Scheduling Tables and modeling parameters.* * *Generate project drawings from 3D models.* * *Generate quantity take-offs from 3D models.* * *Integrate structural models with models from other disciplines to identify clashes or incompatibilities.* * *Collaborate closely with the project’s BIM Coordinator. Participate in ICE meetings.* * *Provide technical support regarding project needs.
