We seek dynamic individuals with a results orientation and passion for retail sales, who wish to grow within a rapidly expanding company offering clear career progression opportunities. Responsibilities * Assist and advise customers in-store. * Promote product sales and achieve commercial targets. * Deliver a friendly and efficient shopping experience. * Maintain store order and proper product display. * Support stock control and merchandise replenishment. * Communicate current promotions and campaigns. * Adhere to the company’s customer service standards. * Contribute to achieving daily and monthly sales objectives. Requirements * Minimum 6 months of experience in sales or customer service (retail experience preferred). * Strong communication and commercial skills. * Results orientation and ability to meet targets. * Intermediate/Advanced English **(Requirement)** * Availability to work in Puno.
