In our hotels, these associates work to create an unforgettable and unique experience — with spa services right at hand. Our Spa Specialists take initiative and deliver a wide range of services, ensuring guests enjoy their experience. Whether promoting spa services or retail sales, scheduling and confirming appointments, answering questions about services, enrolling guests, or processing payments, the Spa Specialist ensures these transactions become a positive part of the guest experience. No matter your specific role, there are several fundamental elements that support success — creating a safe workplace; following company policies and procedures; maintaining quality standards; and ensuring your uniform, personal appearance, and communication remain professional at all times. The Spa Specialist is constantly on the move (standing, sitting, walking for extended periods on uneven and slippery surfaces); actively engaged (able to move, lift, push, pull, and place objects unassisted weighing up to 10 lbs, and up to 25 lbs with assistance; reach above and below knee level; bend, twist, pull, and stoop). Performing all tasks to the best of one’s ability (and other reasonable duties as requested), it is critical that Spa Specialists consistently do things right for guests and for the business. DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS Education: High school diploma or equivalent General Educational Development (GED) certificate. Relevant Work Experience: No relevant work experience required. Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience required.
