Professional representation of the OHLA Group JOB PROFILE: FIELD SURVEYOR FOR CENSUS (Veterinary Clinics, Pet Shops, and Agro-Points) Area: Trade Marketing / Field Studies Engagement Model: Payment per RH Work Type: 100% Field Work Reporting To: Commercial and Operational Coordination, OHLA Group JOB OBJECTIVE Conduct census and information gathering at points of sale in the veterinary, pet shop, and agro-point sectors, ensuring complete, reliable, and actionable data for the client's commercial strategy. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES o Visit veterinary clinics, pet shops, and agro-points within the assigned route. o Accurately execute the digital census (complete, verifiable survey with photographic evidence). o Take mandatory photos: façade, interior, and evidence of data collection. o Validate exact location via GPS. o Record incidents (e.g., closed, non-existent, or duplicate points of sale). o Submit daily closure reports and supporting evidence. o Represent the OHLA Group professionally. REQUIRED COMPETENCIES o Goal orientation and productivity. o Strong communication skills and courteous demeanor. o Organizational skills to manage routes effectively. o Adaptability and ability to work under pressure. o Proficiency in mobile apps, online forms, and GPS tools. o Punctuality and operational discipline.
