We are a leading national education company specializing in beauty training, and we are currently seeking top talent for the position of: **Administrator** **What will be your primary challenge?** Lead the operational and commercial management of the branch, boost sales, ensure excellence in student service, and guide the team toward achieving extraordinary results. **Responsibilities:** · Commercial management: lead your team to achieve sales targets by driving promotions, campaigns, and strategic partnerships. · Academic supervision: coordinate and supervise the proper delivery of classes. · Maintain the academy’s image, order, and operational efficiency. · Ensure compliance with internal regulations, protocols, and policies. · Other duties assigned by your immediate supervisor. **What do we require from you?** · Technical or university degree in Administration, Marketing, Commercial Management, or related fields (preferred but not mandatory). · Experience in administration, retail, or customer service. · Strong communication skills, teamwork ability, and goal-oriented mindset. · Commitment, responsibility, and positive attitude. · Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word). · Availability to work on-site at the **Cusco** branch. **What we offer you:** · Formal employment registration with all statutory benefits. · Exclusive benefits and discounts on our beauty courses. · The best workplace environment in the industry—creative and professional. · Working hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM; Saturday, 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM.
