Opportunity to work in a team and develop as a technician A leading telecommunications company is looking for recent graduates without experience but highly motivated to learn and become certified in the field of telecommunications — Claro. **The following are mandatory for this position:** \- You must be able to work in a team of two \- Strong motivation to learn and become certified \- Completed secondary education or technical training, WITH or WITHOUT experience **Benefits:** \- Salary: S/1,300.00 \+ (average commissions of 1000) \- Formal employment registration with all statutory benefits (vacation, CTS, EsSalud insurance) \- Provision of a company vehicle for commuting between your residence and workplace, and vice versa. **\- Additional to the monthly S/1,300 payroll salary (commissions \+ a 600-sol bonus for the first three months as a welcome bonus)** \- Opportunities for continuous career advancement and certifications. **Working Hours:** Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (one day off per week) **Responsibilities:** \- Assist installation technicians in performing installations. \- Support with ladders, tools, and safety equipment \- FTTH and HFC installations, configurations, and network connections \- Work at heights / on utility poles (training and certification will be provided) \- Ongoing job-specific training to enable you to become a certified technician.
