**Restaurant BUENAVENTURA** Service from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. Jiron Buenaventura Aguirre 104 \- Barranco **We are seeking** Personnel for Kitchen Assistance Male candidate with at least 1 year of experience Shifts: 6 a.m. to 3 p.m., days off on Sundays 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., days off on Saturdays Must reside in nearby areas Offered salary: S/1500.00 (further negotiation and practical test upon interview) **Requirements** \* Basic knowledge of Food Handling Good Practices (BPM) and food handling. \* Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team. \* Availability to work daytime shifts. \* Proactive, responsible, and organized attitude. **Main Responsibilities** \* Prepare breakfast, traditional Peruvian meals, à la carte dishes, and additional meals. \* Assemble sandwiches, portions, and standardized presentations. \* Strictly comply with Food Handling Good Practices (BPM). \* Keep work area clean and organized throughout the shift. \* Monitor proper use of supplies to prevent losses. \* Assist in cleaning equipment and kitchen area at the end of the shift. \* Coordinate continuously with front-of-house and kitchen staff to ensure fast and efficient service. \* Work under pressure during peak hours.
