




**RESPONSIBILITIES:** Execute legal and administrative procedures before notaries, public registries (SUNARP), municipalities, SUNAT, financial institutions, courts, ministries, or other institutions, as assigned by management. Verify compliance with formal requirements prior to submitting documentation to external entities. Track the status of filed procedures and report progress to the legal team. Transport legal documents, deeds, notarial certificates, powers of attorney, contracts, or other materials, ensuring their integrity, confidentiality, and preservation. Maintain up-to-date physical and/or digital records of processed, delivered, and received documents. Assist in organizing physical and digital legal files. Support attorneys of the company in various procedural tasks. **REQUIREMENTS:** Academic background: Final-year law student or law graduate. One year of experience in similar roles, such as legal filing clerk, auxiliary procurator, or external legal assistant. Basic knowledge of legal procedures at notaries, SUNARP, municipalities, etc. Intermediate Office skills. **BENEFITS:** Salary: Between S/ 1,800 and S/ 2,000 per month.
