Genuine interest in well-being and mental health Sales Consultant – Mental Health Services We are a growing psychological clinic offering both in-person and virtual services nationwide. We seek a proactive, empathetic, and results-oriented individual to manage new patient acquisition and follow-up with prospects interested in our services. What will you do? * Respond to inbound inquiries via WhatsApp, social media, and phone * Advise potential patients on our services and modes of care * Manage appointment scheduling and post-consultation follow-up * Maintain an organized record of prospects and sales status * Coordinate with the clinical team to ensure a seamless patient experience What do we offer? * Fixed monthly salary of S/ 1,200 * Commissions for acquiring new patients * Fixed schedule: Monday to Friday, 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. * Professional, human-centered, and purpose-driven work environment * Initial training on our services and care protocols What are we looking for? * Experience in sales, customer service, or commercial advisory (minimum 1 year) * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Ability to actively listen and convey trust * Basic proficiency with digital tools (WhatsApp Business, social media, spreadsheets) * Genuine interest in well-being and mental health Especially valued: * Prior experience selling intangible services or in the healthcare sector * Basic knowledge of CRM or prospect management Mode: In-person · Cusco, Peru · Full-time Salary: Starting from S/.1,200\.00 per month Workplace: In-person employment
