




Job Summary: A professional responsible for preparing and managing technical files, construction planning, resource supervision, and coordination of operational and maintenance activities. Resource supervision and progress report preparation. **Location:** Willingness to travel to provinces (occasionally) **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. \| Saturdays, 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. **Salary Range:** S/ 3,500 **Workplace:** Pachacamac (Manchay Bajo) **Start Date:** Immediate **Requirements** * Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture (Bachelor’s degree or certified graduate). * Experience in technical offices, technical file preparation, and construction permit processing. * Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, and AutoCAD. * Experience in quantity surveying and unit price analysis. * Knowledge of construction planning. * Experience in personnel management (desirable). * Willingness to travel to provinces. **Main Responsibilities** * Develop work plans, schedules, and operational and maintenance activity programming. * **Responsible for preparing and managing technical files.** * Collect, organize, and validate technical and documentary information for service plans. * Monitor activity compliance, reporting deviations and alerts. * Supervise resource management (personnel, equipment, tools, and materials). * Prepare progress, productivity, and resource utilization reports. * Update databases, records, and operational reports. * Coordinate with different departments to ensure information availability. * Support identification of operational risks and incident reporting. * Prepare technical files for construction permits.
