





We are ENAEX, a subsidiary company of the Sigdo Koppers group, with over 100 years of experience in the explosives market and the leading global producer of low-density Ammonium Nitrate, as well as the most important provider of comprehensive rock fragmentation services for mining in Chile and Latin America. Currently we are looking for: Transportation and Distribution Assistant **Functions:** * Plan and coordinate necessary resources (transportation, plotting, custody, GTE, etc.) and ensure product availability to meet dispatches of explosives and related materials according to demand from our external customers. * Prepare reports with transportation management indicators for internal and external clients. * Carry out planned dispatches in coordination with other departments. * Hold meetings with transport companies to review various topics related to safety and efficiency within the distribution chain. * Schedule meetings with operations, production, inventory, and commercial departments to review demand and consumption of explosives from our key customers, aiming to define upcoming deliveries to replenish mine stock. * Conduct homologation processes for transport companies across different mining units. * Perform visits to different mining units to identify improvement opportunities and meet the needs of our external customers. * Conduct technical visits to carriers' bases to inspect their processes, infrastructure, and vehicle fleet to ensure high-quality service delivery to our end customer. * Maintain contact and effective communication with internal and external customers to provide excellent service. * Monitor product transfers to guarantee timely and proper delivery to the end customer as required, reporting any incidents that may occur during this process. * Participate as a representative in meetings with internal and external customers. * Create open spaces with colleagues to develop new ideas and work methods, promote teamwork, listen to their requirements and needs, recognize achievements, and foster accountability. * Create open spaces with colleagues to develop new ideas and work methods, promote teamwork, listen to their requirements and needs, recognize achievements, and foster accountability. * Provide training and feedback to transportation providers regarding logistical processes, new procedures, and regulations governing the entire distribution chain. * Develop and manage the weekly dispatch schedule and communicate it to the warehouse for proper handling. **Requirements:** * Preferably 1 year of experience in Logistics and/or Supply Chain department * University degree in Industrial Engineering, Transportation Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields * Knowledge of logistical processes * Intermediate-level SAP knowledge is desirable.
