In Peru, we operate across most economic sectors—including mining, agriculture and fishing—forming part of the value chain for their products and services. **Job Description** * Inspect and certify equipment and lifting elements at ANTAPACCAY. * Train, assess and certify personnel (Operators and Riggers—operational assistants) according to ANTAPACCAY’s requirements. * Conduct field verifications (critical lifts, maintenance shutdowns, use of lifting elements). * Provide continuous feedback to Operators and Riggers to improve their performance. * Ensure personnel possess the required technical, operational, safety and health competencies necessary to deliver services. * Deliver appropriate induction and training to provide timely and suitable information, knowledge and skills regarding written procedures to be used when delivering services. * Hold weekly periodic meetings to review and evaluate progress against the Work Plan, which must be submitted prior to commencement of work. **Requirements** * Registered Engineer in related disciplines (Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, Civil Engineering). * Certification as Crane Inspector per ASME B30\.5, ASME B30\.2, ASME B30\.10, ASME B30\.22. * Certification in two Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) methods. * Training on NTP 17020 standard requirements. * Knowledge of INS\-P\-I\&E\-IND.64 MOBILE CRANE INSPECTION. * Knowledge of INS\-P\-I\&E\-IND.64 GANTRY AND BRIDGE CRANE INSPECTION. * Knowledge of INS\-P\-I\&E\-IND.64 ARTICULATED CRANE INSPECTION. * Minimum (03) years’ experience performing lifting equipment inspections, operator certification assessments, and load handling activities. **Additional Information** * Formal employment contract from day one, including all statutory benefits. * Positive working environment. * Access to corporate benefits.
