Job Summary: We are seeking a Field Salesperson with experience in the HORECA sector to manage sales, maintain commercial relationships, and prospect new customers—maximizing sales and strengthening the regional customer portfolio. We seek a **Field Salesperson** with experience serving clients in the **HORECA sector (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés, and related businesses)**, responsible for managing sales, maintaining strong commercial relationships, and prospecting new customers in the city of **Cusco**. The primary objective of this role is to **maximize sales**, ensure **our products’ market presence**, and strengthen the regional customer portfolio. The Commercial Advisor will be responsible for managing and converting leads received via WhatsApp, email, and phone calls into effective sales. This role requires exceptional communication skills, customer orientation, and the ability to close deals—contributing to the company’s commercial growth. Requirements * Minimum 1–2 years of sales experience, preferably in direct customer-facing roles. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact via WhatsApp, email, and telephone. * Familiarity with CRM tools and messaging platforms. * Results-oriented, capable of working under pressure and meeting sales targets. * Basic knowledge of negotiation techniques and objection handling. * Availability to work flexible hours according to customer contact needs. * Knowledge of the CUSCO territory, including travel to provinces. * Desired: Knowledge of the INDUSTRIAL, HORECA, EDUCATION, and GOVERNMENT sectors.
