




Job Summary: A professional responsible for inspecting and certifying lifting equipment and components, training and evaluating personnel, and conducting field verification of lifting operations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead the inspection and certification of lifting equipment and components. 2. Train and evaluate personnel on the operation of lifting equipment. 3. In Peru, we operate across most economic sectors—including mining, agriculture, and fisheries—and form part of the value chain for their products and services. **Job Description** * Inspect and certify lifting equipment and components. * Provide training, evaluation, and certification of personnel (Operators and Riggers \- operational assistants) as required. * Conduct field verification (critical lifts, maintenance shutdowns, use of lifting components). * Provide ongoing feedback to operators and riggers to improve performance. * Ensure that personnel possess the required technical, operational, health, and safety competencies for service delivery. * Deliver appropriate induction and training to provide timely and suitable information, knowledge, and skills regarding written procedures to be used during service delivery. * Hold weekly periodic meetings to review and assess progress against the Work Plan, which must be submitted prior to commencing work. **Requirements** * Registered Engineer in related disciplines (Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, Civil Engineering). * Certification as a Crane Inspector per ASME B30\.5, ASME B30\.2, ASME B30\.10, ASME B30\.22\. * Certification in two Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) methods. * Training on NTP 17020 standard requirements. * Knowledge of INS\-P\-I\&E\-IND.64 MOBILE CRANE INSPECTION. * Knowledge of INS\-P\-I\&E\-IND.64 GANTRY AND BRIDGE CRANE INSPECTION. * Knowledge of INS\-P\-I\&E\-IND.64 ARTICULATED CRANE INSPECTION. * Minimum (03\) years of experience performing lifting equipment inspections, operator certification evaluations, and load handling activities. **Additional Information** * Formal employment contract with all statutory benefits effective from the first day of work. * Positive working environment. * Access to corporate benefits.
