**FUNCTIONS:** * Execute and carry out project and/or construction development effectively and efficiently, preparing the project descriptive report including schedule, histogram, and organizational chart. * Review drawings, verify quantities, verify materials, supplies, and equipment required for the project. * Authorize material requisitions to the warehouse and request weekly material stock levels from the warehouse for corresponding scheduling. Evaluate and implement necessary adjustments to the personnel histogram to meet delivery deadlines. * Submit the Daily Construction Progress Report (qualitative and quantitative). * Submit information required by the client (construction progress reports, schedules, others). * Plan and supervise the work of personnel under supervision, including administrative, quality, operational, and SSOMA staff. * Ensure that personnel under supervision comply with all documentary requirements for project closeout and manage the signing of acceptance certificates, which must be free of observations. * Ensure implementation of operational controls in their respective areas during internal and external SSOMA HSE management system audits. * Oversee compliance with SSOMA HSE management system-related responsibilities by personnel under supervision. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Civil and/or mechanical engineer. * Registered and licensed professional engineer (minimum 5 years). * Knowledge of modular assembly. * Knowledge of quality standards and regulations. * Knowledge of safety standards and regulations. * Availability to work under an atypical work regime: 21×7.
