We are currently seeking top talent for the position of Administrative Assistant * Graduate or Bachelor's degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative roles related to training, accreditation, and certification within the mining industry. * Proficient in database management, Power BI, KPIs, and report generation. * Experience in administrative management of training programs. * Intermediate level of Excel - MANDATORY * Must reside in Cusco * Immediate availability *Responsibilities:* * Accurately record employee training information. * Daily scheduling of participants on the IGH platform. * Weekly course scheduling on the IGH platform. * Review and follow up on emails related to contractor companies' schedules. * Record participant grades on the HSEC Web platform. * Provide occasional support in training rooms at the site. * Prepare and submit daily activity reports. * Manage and update training-related information in the system. * Handle documentation related to the training process (reception, physical and digital filing).
