




Job Summary: We are seeking a technician to manage vehicle rentals, serve customers, document vehicle deliveries, and ensure fleet operational efficiency with commercial skills. Development of negotiation and problem-solving skills. **Requirements**: * Technical degree in Marketing, Tourism, or Administration. * Minimum 6 months of experience in similar positions. * Intermediate/advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). * Intermediate/advanced English proficiency. * Knowledge of commercial management, negotiation skills, conflict handling, etc. * Familiarity with reservation and billing systems. * Valid A1 driver's license. **Main Responsibilities**: * Plan your shift by reviewing reservations and requesting required vehicles, proactively offering upgrade sales options. (Print physical daily schedule) * Serve customers by opening contracts following the sales procedure, offering upgrades, coverage options, and add-ons according to customer needs. * Document vehicle delivery with the corresponding contract and photographs taken at delivery; ensure photos are uploaded to the photo repository. * Ensure no vehicles operate without valid warranty coverage; manage warranty renewals and guarantee letters must bear Commercial Management’s VB approval and follow the official delivery format. * Rent out vehicles assigned by the Operations Manager; prioritize moving vehicles that have been idle for 7 days (7 days not on rent). * Collect expenses incurred by the customer but not included in the contract (e.g., damages, fuel, cleaning, etc.). * Verify, at vehicle return, whether the customer has traffic tickets via SAT, CALLAO, or SUTRAN, and collect applicable fees. * Collect traffic tickets related to closed contracts and report tickets identified in previous contracts (detected during contract closure); inspect vehicles idle for 7 days (7 days not on rent) for outstanding tickets. * Communicate in advance with customers to finalize rental details prior to their arrival. * Assist in damage reporting: contact insurance, ensure the customer receives support from our insurer, and complete all necessary documentation for claims processing. * Daily petty cash reconciliation. **Competencies**: * Teamwork * Empathy * Problem-solving * Effective communication * Negotiation **Working Conditions**: * Working hours: Monday to Sunday (Full-time) \- 1 day off. * Statutory benefits * Ongoing training * Contract subject to renewal * Positive work environment * Discounts on company services.
