Recognized as the global benchmark for quality and integrity, we have more than 95,000 employees and a network of more than 2,400 offices and laboratories worldwide **Job Description** * Supervise all assigned construction activities during the operation phase. * Coordinate on-site activities with various project contractors to help ensure compliance with the construction schedule, considering constraints and considerations related to external stakeholders involved or impacted during the fabrication phase. * Monitor construction progress and manage potential deviations in fabrication, based on periodic controls and projections of quantities, costs, or construction timelines, in agreement with and supported by the Client's Engineering Department, to contribute to on-time and high-quality project delivery. * Support all construction activities to help ensure resolution of deficiencies or punch lists agreed upon between the Client and contractors. * Track the overall fabrication progress schedule in coordination with the Client’s team and supervise fabrication control tools to contribute to meeting project deadlines and quality requirements. * Participate in on-site technical solutions when required and coordinate with the relevant department any queries arising from the site to contribute to corrective actions. * Perform duties inherent to the SERVICE as assigned under your responsibility and accountability. **Requirements** * University graduate – Professional licensed, in Civil Engineering, Geological Engineering or related fields. * Proven experience of no less than 5 years in service-related roles within the mining sector, as a QC Quality Supervisor or similar positions. * Minimum of 3 years of experience in the Mining Sector. * Develop specific quality control procedures during work execution. * Monitor the occurrence and trend of non-conformities and follow up on implementation of corrective and preventive actions. * Verify the quality of materials used in construction. * Supervise and control construction processes and field activities, ensuring compliance with established procedures in construction operations. **Additional Information** * Direct employment contract with full statutory benefits from the first day of work. * Positive work environment. * Access to corporate benefits.
