




Job Summary: This role involves handling customer calls for fiber optic emergencies, deploying FTTH installations, performing network maintenance, and resolving incidents. Key Highlights: 1. 24/7 customer support for fiber optic emergencies. 2. Nationwide FTTH network deployment and maintenance. 3. Technical incident resolution for telecommunications services. Specific Responsibilities. · - Handle all customer calls at any time of day and on all days of the week to resolve emergencies and/or incidents and/or technical issues that may affect fiber optic service. - Deploy FTTH installations for new customers in coordination with the commercial department. - Perform maintenance and incident resolution for the ODN (Optical Distribution Network). - Resolve FTTH customer incidents. - Fully execute, within specified deadlines, tasks assigned via work orders generated by our customers and Central Office. - Complete assigned tasks within established timeframes anywhere across the national territory, ensuring continuity of telecommunications/internet services provided by our customers. · Complementary Responsibilities - Properly use tools and personal protective equipment (PPE) provided by the company, and promptly report any incidents. - Actively participate in monthly and/or weekly meetings regarding objective achievement. - Cooperate with other duties inherent to the position as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
