We are currently seeking Field Sales Advisors (male and female) with a commercial mindset and results orientation to cover various areas of Cusco. You are invited to join our sales team and achieve both professional and personal success. REQUIREMENTS: Minimum 6 months of field sales experience (financial sector, telecommunications, or payments). Knowledge of and/or experience using digital wallets and payment apps. Experience in business prospecting, route management, and coverage of commercial zones. Strong negotiation, communication, and empathy skills. Willingness to work in the field. RESPONSIBILITIES: Prospect and acquire new clients within your assigned area. Promote and close POS CULQI sales in the field. Advise merchants on device usage and benefits. Coordinate and carry out POS delivery. Submit daily progress and sales reports. Meet established sales targets. Perform other duties assigned by your immediate supervisor. BENEFITS: Fixed salary. Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM; Saturdays, 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM (no work on holidays or Sundays). Unlimited commission-based earnings.
