Supporting operational tasks related to customer service DINING ROOM ATTENDANT / CUSTOMER SERVICE – AFTERNOON SHIFT **Basílica Cafetería & Pastelería – Cusco** At Basílica, we are seeking committed, dynamic individuals with a service-oriented vocation to join our customer service team. Main Responsibilities * Provide friendly and efficient service to customers. * Take orders and serve food and beverages. * Maintain order, cleanliness, and hygiene in the dining area and assigned zones. * Assist in preparing the service area before, during, and after service. * Verify proper presentation of products prior to delivery. * Support operational tasks related to customer service. * Adhere to company-established quality and service standards. Requirements * Minimum 6 months of experience in customer service, dining room attendant, runner, cafés, restaurants, or similar positions (preferred). * Positive attitude, responsibility, and service orientation. * Availability to work closing shifts. * Immediate availability. * Residence in Cusco or nearby areas. Work Schedule **Afternoon Shift:** * Monday through Sunday. * Hours: **2:30 p.m. to 11:15 p.m.** * 45-minute break. * Rotating weekly day off. Salary: S/.1,200.00 – S/.1,460.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
