Job Objective: Execute and ensure that the electronic initiation process of blasting is carried out safely with correct detonation according to the client's requirements. **Functions:** * Plan and coordinate tasks with personnel involved in blasting operations. * Ensure adequate stock availability of DaveyTronic products at the operation site. * Verify resource availability for operations or request necessary resources. * Carry out the blasting design process, programming, connection, checking, loading, and detonation. * Conduct training sessions on products and their properties. * Ensure customer needs are met by addressing their requirements and demands. * Coordinate blasting activities with the customer and provide process reports. **Requirements:** * Preferably 2 years of experience in mining * Preferably 1 year of experience with electronic initiation systems * Preferably technical education in mining or related fields * Preferably Class AIIB driver's license
