Responsibilities: 1\. Arrive at classes with sufficient advance notice (15 minutes prior) to greet students with the environment and materials prepared. 2\. Never miss classes; if absence is unavoidable, provide timely notification and arrange a qualified replacement. (This is permissible only in cases of extreme, duly justified urgency.) 3\. Attend training and integration meetings and comply with all recommendations provided. 4\. Conduct classes enthusiastically and motivationally, following the AQC system’s prescribed sequences. 5\. Wear the uniform throughout daily work hours. 6\. Assign assistants to deliver and collect materials within their respective work zones. 7\. Coordinate with assistants to take attendance for assigned students. 8\. Ensure assistants maintain an orderly work area (ID cards, sandals, and materials). 9\. In the monthly final report, assistants will record evaluation scores. 10\. Actively participate in organizing the Swimming Tournament and the Summer Program Closing Ceremony. Profile: \- University graduate or currently enrolled in the final cycles of Physical Education (Bachelor’s degree). \- Specialization in Swimming or related courses. \- Minimum one year of experience in this role or similar positions. \- Knowledge of AQUABEBE or AQUAGYM programs (if required). \- Experience teaching children aged 5–18 and adults at beginner and intermediate levels. \- Proficiency in educational technology. \- Effective communication skills. \- Knowledge of first aid. REQUIREMENTS: \- Preference given to female candidates. \- Valid national ID (DNI). \- Availability to work during Summer 2026, from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. (including rest periods). \- Responsible and punctual individual. \- Willingness to conduct a model class as part of the interview process, upon prior coordination. \- No logistical constraints regarding workplace location (residence near or in the surrounding areas of San Miguel, Callao, and Lima).
