Job Summary: We are seeking 02 junior cooks for our cafeteria, responsible for food preparation and setup, environmental cleaning, and recordkeeping. Key Highlights: 1. Active participation in quality control and production We are a food concessionaire seeking 02 junior cooks for cafeteria operations at Caral and Chiclayo locations. **Responsibilities:** **Chiclayo Location** * Responsible for raw material setup according to the weekly schedule for breakfast and lunch service. * Responsible for preparing the warehouse inventory withdrawal list for preparations as required (Withdrawal Voucher). * Responsible for preparing two daily meals. * Responsible for developing dietary plans. * Performs general cleaning of the work environment (pre-preparation tables, kitchen tables, etc.) together with the general assistant at the end of the shift. * Cleans and disinfects general areas, kitchen utensils, and materials together with the kitchen assistant. * Responsible for completing production, quality, and safety records. * Responsible for warehouse purification prior to raw material intake, conducted jointly with the general assistant. * Assists in cleaning pre-preparation shelving, labeling all opened, transferred, etc. products. * Transports supplies from warehouses to the kitchen area according to the menu schedule, together with the kitchen assistant and/or general assistant. * Collects trays in collaboration with the general assistant, if necessary. **BENEFITS:** * Payroll registration on Day One * Statutory deductions * General Regime * Family Allowance **REQUIREMENTS:** One year of experience in food concessionaires. **SCHEDULE** 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM (CHICLAYO), rotating shifts Monday to Saturday **CONTACT: 997695892** Salary: S/.1,900\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
