Job Summary: We are seeking a Compensation and Benefits Assistant to support payroll management, social benefits administration, and employee inquiry resolution at a leading company. We are currently seeking top talent to join us as a **Compensation and Benefits Assistant** at our office located in **Independencia.** **Responsibilities** * Prepare reports and documents requested by the Coordinator. * Support Human Resource Management indicator reporting. * Review, record, and monitor employee vacation days in the payroll system. * Manage opening of salary accounts and CTS (Compensación por Tiempo de Servicios) accounts for new employees upon request. * Support CTS transfer processes according to employee requests. * Prepare employment contract and/or internship agreement renewals, ensure their signing, and register them in the payroll system. * Issue employment certificates and work verification letters. * Deliver and explain social benefit settlements to terminated employees. * Address employee inquiries regarding vacations, CTS, salary payments, or other payroll-related matters. * Support AFP (Administradora de Fondos de Pensiones) payment processing. * Comprehensive timekeeping control for administrative staff. * Support bi-weekly payroll preparation. * Enter and update employee data in the T-Register and payroll system. * Register and deliver attendance cards to new employees for attendance tracking. * Support onboarding of new employees. * Manage employee termination procedures (final exit checklist, internal notifications regarding termination). **Requirements** * Technical or university degree in Accounting or related fields. * HR specialization preferred. * Advanced Excel skills and experience with payroll systems. * Proficiency in payroll calculation, social benefit settlement calculations, CTS, vacations, payroll provisions, etc. * Minimum 2 years’ experience as a payroll assistant in companies with over 300 employees. **Benefits** * Market-competitive salary * Mobility allowance approx.
