Requires experience in customer service and analytics tools. **Position Title:** Customer Solutions Analyst **Location:** San Isidro \- Ate**Time:** Full-time.**Reports to:** CoC Manager Customer **Department:** Supply Chain **Position Purpose:** To comprehensively manage the End-to-End Order-to-Cash process for assigned accounts, ensuring an optimal service level, operating efficiently to reduce waste, and simplifying complexity across the value chain. **A Day in the Life of...** * Provide 360-degree visibility into order status for customers and internal teams. Implement or develop reports using automation tools. * Identify automation opportunities in core order management and order fulfillment activities. * Manage stock allocation issues requiring customer and internal department engagement to achieve appropriate service levels. * Analyze reasons for order rejections and contact customers to propose mitigation actions and reduce logistics overcosts. * Participate in operational review meetings and contribute to continuous improvement with a digital transformation focus. **What Will Make You Successful:** * University degree: Graduate in Business Administration, Business, Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum of 2+ years’ experience in at least two of the following areas: Customer Service / Call Centre, Customer-Facing Supply Chain, Distribution / Materials Handling, Sales and/or Marketing. * Customer service experience. * Advanced Excel knowledge (non-negotiable). * Power BI (Advanced). * SAP knowledge (Intermediate). * English: Intermediate. * Power Automate knowledge. **Competencies:** * Effective communication at all levels. * Proactivity / Initiative. * Sense of Urgency. * Resilience.
