If you're motivated to drive quality in every detail, this opportunity is for you! **Requirements** · Degree in Food Engineering, Agroindustrial Engineering or Technical Studies in Food Processing, Food Industries, or related fields. · Specialization in Quality Assurance and Management Systems for international standards. **Responsibilities** · Design, plan, organize, and oversee activities related to maintaining quality systems (GMP, HACCP, and other required standards). · Ensure compliance with POES, GMP, and HACCP regulations. · Keep technical documentation related to quality systems up to date. · Participate in production operations with a process management approach, ensuring compliance with quality standards, correcting deviations, and implementing improvements. · Perform additional job-related tasks as assigned. **Skills and Competencies** · **Technical knowledge:** Proficiency in quality tools and techniques (such as ISO standards) and specific regulations in the agri-food sector. · **Leadership and teamwork:** Ability to lead, motivate, and coordinate staff while collaborating with different departments. · **Strategic vision:** Focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence. · **Analytical skills:** Ability to identify problems, analyze data, and propose effective solutions.
