Summary: Lead a pod of Vault CRM developers, owning technical design and build of Vault CRM modules, enforcing standards, and serving as the primary technical interface. Highlights: 1. Develop custom functionality using Vault Java SDK **Position Summary** -------------------- Lead a pod of Vault CRM developers in India to deliver high\-quality configuration and customization on the Vault Platform. Own the technical design and build of Vault CRM modules, enforce coding and configuration standards, and serve as the primary technical interface between the onshore Solution Architect and the offshore build team. **Job Responsibilities** ------------------------ * * Translate solution architecture into detailed technical designs for Vault CRM configuration and custom development * Lead and mentor a pod of 3–5 Vault developers; review configuration changes and custom code * Own sprint\-level build delivery: task breakdown, estimation, daily oversight, demo readiness * Configure Vault CRM objects, fields, lifecycles, workflows, layouts, security, and sharing rules * Develop custom functionality using Vault Java SDK (entry points, user\-defined classes, triggers, actions) * Implement Vault\-specific functionality: MyInsights, CLM, Approved Email, Engage, Events, Sample Management * Coordinate with Integration Lead, Data Migration Analyst, and Test Lead on dependencies * Ensure build adheres to Vault Platform best practices, performance guidelines, and validation requirements **Education** ------------- Bachelor of Engineering Master of Technology in Information Technology or Computer**Work Experience** ------------------- 5\-8 years of relevant experience in a pharma analytics company or with a Pharma company in an analytics role **Behavioural Competencies** ---------------------------- Teamwork \& Leadership Motivation to Learn and Grow Ownership Cultural Fit Talent Management**Technical Competencies** -------------------------- Problem Solving Lifescience Knowledge Communication Project Management Attention to P\&L Impact Capability Building / Thought Leadership Scale of revenues managed / delivered Scale of resources managed**Skills** ----------
