




Job Title: Assurance Operations Manager – Telecommunications Location: Cotia. Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced NOC Operations Manager to lead the centralized operation of telecommunications networks, focusing on people management, processes, service quality, and implementation of operational improvements. The professional will be responsible for ensuring high service availability and excellence in service delivery to corporate and residential customers, acting with strategic vision, cross-functional integration, and relationship management with national and international carriers. Responsibilities: * Lead the Assurance team, including managers, supervisors, and analysts – approximately 50 people in total. * Implement and monitor operational KPIs and continuous improvement plans (PDCA). * Manage contracts, operational costs, payment validation, and SLA compliance. * Coordinate network fault monitoring and recovery with focus on criticality and impact. * Supervise change management (GMUD), communication of operational events, and preparation of reports for regulatory agencies (Anatel, Procon). * Drive the implementation of new projects/technologies, including process definition, training, and team development. * Ensure operational integration of networks and services, including voice, data, IMS, TDM, NGN, and Metro Ethernet. * Develop and deploy monitoring systems and management tools using agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). * Maintain relationships with carriers and technical partners, both national and international. * Knowledge of alarm management, monitoring, infrastructure, infrastructure partners, and interaction with teams from Ciena, Nokia, among others. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or related fields. * Solid experience (minimum 5 years) in network operations within telecommunications companies. * Proven track record in process standardization, operational automation, and team restructuring. * Advanced knowledge of IP networks, voice, transmission, and OSS (Zabbix, Grafana, Kibana, Nagios). * Experience in people, project, and performance indicator management. * Intermediate English and Spanish skills (including participation in international meetings).
