Job Summary: Responsible for exploring, analyzing, and interpreting data to generate reports, ML models, and forecasts that facilitate strategic decisions and improve commercial efficiency. Optimization of commercial processes and profitability **JOB OBJECTIVE** Responsible for data exploration and preparation, analysis, interpretation, and management of the company's commercial and operational information to generate reports, develop statistical and Machine Learning models, key performance indicators (KPIs), and forecasts that support strategic decision-making. Contributes to improving commercial efficiency, identifying growth opportunities, and optimizing sales and profitability processes. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Collect, clean, and analyze data from internal systems (ERP, CRM, Excel, databases, etc.). * Design and maintain dashboards and management indicators (KPIs) for the commercial and operations areas. * Prepare sales reports, profitability reports by product, region, and customer, identifying trends or deviations. * Develop sales forecasting models, inventory turnover models, and consumer behavior models. * Support management in strategic decision-making through accurate and timely data analysis. * Automate reporting and analytical processes to reduce time and human error. * Coordinate with all departments to ensure data integrity and availability. * Present executive reports and performance reports in management meetings. **REQUIREMENTS** * Graduate or bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Systems Engineering, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience. * Advanced-level Excel \- MANDATORY. * Power BI \| SQL \| Python \| Intermediate level \- PREFERRED. **SKILLS** * Analytical thinking. * Adaptability. * Teamwork. * Results orientation.
