**Job Objective:** Support the implementation, maintenance, document control, and monitoring of the Integrated Management System (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001), ensuring compliance with regulatory and customer requirements. **Requirements:** * Technical or university graduate in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Environmental Studies, Safety, or related fields. * Basic knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001. * Completed courses or diplomas in Integrated Management Systems (desirable). * Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience in management systems (desirable). * Intermediate proficiency in Word and Excel. * Ability to write clearly and systematically. **Main Responsibilities:** * Assist in the development and updating of procedures, forms, and Integrated Management System documentation. * Monitor the implementation of corrective and preventive actions. * Support the planning and recording of internal audits. * Monitor system performance indicators. * Maintain up-to-date document control for the Integrated Management System. * Prepare monthly progress reports on the system. * Assist in training and awareness activities. **Personal Competencies:** * Document organization and discipline. * Attention to detail. * Proactiveness. * Strong writing skills. * Ability to work under pressure.
