Job Summary: We are seeking a Customer Service Assistant to provide information, register samples, issue payment receipts, and manage petty cash inflows. Key Responsibilities: 1. Provide information and support to customers regarding services 2. End-to-end management of samples and system records 3. Handling of payment receipts and petty cash **CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSISTANT \- (2:00 \- 8:00 pm)** **REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed secondary education or higher studies * Minimum 3 months of certified customer service experience. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Provide customers with information about the organization's services, pricing, and other relevant details. * Receive samples delivered by customers and register them in the organization's system. * Issue payment receipts (invoices or receipts) for services rendered. * Send the final report containing the results of the service provided by the organization. * Record petty cash inflows. **BENEFITS:** * Formal employment under the general labor regime. * 100% coverage of lunch expenses. * Statutory life insurance.
