Appropriate customer service and traceability At CONSORCIO CUEVA, we seek an organized and committed professional to join our team as an Operations Assistant in **Trujillo, in the district of Víctor Larco Herrera** **1\. Job Objective:** To support the proper operational management of the store through efficient merchandise control, shipment support, and appropriate customer service, contributing to order, traceability, and end-customer satisfaction. **2\. Main Responsibilities:** * Receive, verify, and register incoming merchandise, ensuring alignment with shipping guides and documents. * Execute product shipments according to orders, guaranteeing accuracy, timely delivery, and appropriate conditions. * Record inventory receipts, issuances, losses, and available stock. * Monitor and control shipments to end customers, validating deliveries and confirmations. * Assist in in-store customer service by providing clear information and an appropriate service experience. * Maintain order, cleanliness, and correct labeling of products in the warehouse and shipping area. **3\. Requirements:** * Graduate in Industrial Engineering or related fields. * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Intermediate level). * Customer-oriented mindset. * Minimum 1 year of experience in similar positions. **4\.
