




* Prepare and cook food according to the specifications of established recipes and the chef's instructions. * Experience in cold kitchen, hot kitchen, mise en place, and production. * Prepare food and supply inventories, ensuring sufficient stock to meet demand. * Manage kitchen timing for dish preparation. * Review and assign portion weights. * Willingness to work rotating shifts. * Keep the kitchen clean and organized by washing utensils and cleaning surfaces after use. * Clean and organize the kitchen. * Ensure compliance with the PEPS system; labeling, production/expiry dates, storage, and input rotation. * Ensure compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) \- Assist in receiving and verifying goods. * Other duties related to the area. **Work days:** Monday to Saturday **Working hours:** 48 hours rotating schedule **Employment type:** Payroll or Honorarium Receipt.
