**Operations Assistant** **Job Summary** We are seeking a responsible, detail-oriented Melamine Furniture Assembly Operator with good manual dexterity, responsible for assembling, installing, unloading, and preparing melamine furniture at various client sites. The ideal candidate will have experience in melamine carpentry, reading measurements, using manual and electric tools, and basic ability to record information using digital tools. **Responsibilities** * Assemble melamine furniture according to provided plans, measurements, or instructions. * Unload, transport, and organize parts, panels, accessories, and materials. * Assemble and install modules, doors, shelves, drawers, and similar structures. * Perform simple cuts, drilling, and adjustments when necessary. * Verify measurements and ensure proper alignment and leveling of furniture. * Keep the work area organized and maintain assigned tools. * Report damaged, missing parts or incidents before and during assembly. * Record activities, progress, and basic requirements in digital tools. * Follow internal rules, safety protocols, and mandatory use of PPE. * Provide support in other operational tasks related to melamine as required. **Requirements** * Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in melamine furniture assembly or similar carpentry. * Basic knowledge in reading blueprints and measuring tapes. * Proficiency with manual and electric tools (drill, screwdriver, hand saw, etc.). * Basic computer skills in Excel, Word, or other digital tools for task recording. * Ability to work in an organized, careful manner with attention to detail. * Positive attitude, good communication, and teamwork skills. * Availability to travel according to client needs. **Benefits** * Formal employment from day one. * Job stability and a safe, respectful work environment. * Ongoing training in assembly techniques, safety, and technical updates. * Performance-based bonuses and recognition for excellent performance. * Company-provided uniform, basic tools, and PPE. * Continuous support from the Human Talent department. * Participation in continuous improvement projects and sustainable practices.
