Develop and strengthen strategic alliances with community leaders, volunteers, and local partners in communities designated for World Vision Mexico operations per region, contributing to the Strategic Plan and Community Development Plan. * Minutes documenting community meetings. * Ensure the number and quality of collaboration agreements with partners (schools, committees, clinics, local authorities, etc.). * Network of partners and volunteers who know and understand the methodologies according to the technical approach(es) implemented in the Area Program. * Promote children’s and adolescents’ participation in violence prevention and climate protection initiatives. PROFILE: Experience: Minimum of three years facilitating Community Development Projects and training. Experience in community work with vulnerable populations, preferably in child protection and emergency management. Knowledge of social and climatic contexts in Mexico. Experience building strategic alliances with local and community stakeholders. Document organization skills. Academic Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Humanities, Social Work, Pedagogy, Community Development, Social Psychology, Sociology, or Anthropology. Preferred Knowledge and Qualifications: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, digital media, and web browsers. Budget management skills. Proficiency in local language(s). Proactive and context-sensitive writing skills; discretion in handling information. Decision-making ability. Interpersonal relationship-building skills. Ability to organize work agendas focused on goal achievement.
