Key Responsibilities: KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Implement and facilitate integrated project activities in accordance with the technical approaches adopted by the Area Program, aligned with national and regional strategies, the Child Protection Policy, LEAP 3.0, the EPD, and organizational guidelines to contribute to the well-being and protection of girls, boys, adolescents, and youth. Strengthen community organization and training to ensure successful implementation of the methodology and/or Community Development Plan in the regions where World Vision Mexico operates... * Train partners, leaders, and volunteers on protection systems for violence prevention. * Coordinate community committees with local authorities. * Carry out awareness-raising activities for volunteers and leaders regarding monitoring and follow-up of identified high-vulnerability cases (BI Dashboard, Community-Level Incident Preparedness Plan). * Establish Emergency Response Committees. * Percentage of volunteers with complete and up-to-date files in compliance with the Child Protection Policy. * Ensure collaboration agreements with partners (schools, committees, clinics, local authorities). * Maintain a registry of partners and volunteers who know and understand the methodologies according to the technical approach(es) implemented in the Area Program. * Implement capacity-building initiatives for partners and volunteers to support achievement of technical program objectives. * Actions implemented in accordance with technical approaches, coordinated with partners. Develop and strengthen strategic alliances with community leaders, volunteers, and local partners in communities designated for World Vision Mexico operations per region, contributing to the Strategic Plan and Community Development Plan. * Minutes documenting community meetings. * Ensure the number and quality of collaboration agreements with partners (schools, committees, clinics, local authorities, etc.). * Network of partners and volunteers who know and understand the methodologies according to the technical approach(es) implemented in the Area Program. * Promote children’s and adolescents’ participation in violence prevention and climate protection initiatives. Ensure monthly, quarterly, and annual sponsorship standards targets are met, in line with institutional guidelines. * Standard requests responded to within required timeframes. * Special requests responded to within required timeframes. * Number of GNs responded to within required timeframes. * Number of Holds responded to within required timeframes. * Percentage of Annual Progress Reports (APRs) submitted on time. * Percentage of Christmas Cards delivered on time. Authorized projects. * Number of children monitored each quarter who receive at least two benefits annually. * Number of monitoring reports delivered annually. PROFILE: Experience: Minimum of three years facilitating Community Development Projects and training. Experience in community work with vulnerable populations, preferably in child protection and emergency management. Knowledge of social and climatic contexts in Mexico. Experience building strategic alliances with local and community stakeholders. Document organization skills. Academic Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Humanities, Social Work, Pedagogy, Community Development, Social Psychology, Sociology, or Anthropology. Preferred Knowledge and Qualifications: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, digital media, and web browsers. Budget management skills. Proficiency in local language(s). Proactive and context-sensitive writing skills; discretion in handling information. Decision-making ability. Interpersonal relationship-building skills. Ability to organize work agendas focused on goal achievement.
