At **Tigo El Salvador**, we are looking for our next **B2B Corporate KAM Digital**: a person with a consultative vision, strategic focus, and experience in high-value digital solutions such as Cloud, Cybersecurity, UCaaS, and SD\-WAN. **Main Purpose:** Lead the comprehensive management of key B2B accounts, driving consultative sales of high-value digital solutions (such as Cloud, Cybersecurity, UCaaS, and SD\-WAN), as well as renewal and growth of Core products (voice, data, internet, mobile, M2M). The role covers the entire commercial cycle—from prospecting to implementation—and acts as a strategic partner to the client, aligning technological evolution with their business objectives. In addition to generating new revenue, this role is key in retaining current revenue and coordinating with internal teams to ensure a high-value customer experience. **Responsibilities:** **Comprehensive Commercial Management (Core \+ Digital)** * Proactively identify digital transformation needs in existing or potential clients. * Prepare, present, and negotiate high-value consultative proposals for solutions such as Cloud, Cybersecurity, SD\-WAN, and UCaaS. * Lead the commercial closing process independently or jointly with digital specialists (Pre-Sales, DSM, Architecture). * Actively participate in demand generation campaigns, digital activation, or consultative positioning with strategic clients. **Driving Digital Solutions** * Follow up on tickets escalated by clients to NOC, SOC, DOC for resolution. * Monitor and resolve support provided by suppliers to TIGO client solutions. * Provide timely and appropriate communication in response to requests for technical support or accompaniment regarding active TIGO client services. * Validate and manage any customer-requested configuration changes, ensuring they fall within solution scope. * Review customer retention cases due to objections related to failures or service issues. * Ensure all cases are processed within established timeframes, complying with SLA resolution requirements. **Multidisciplinary Coordination and Team Collaboration** * Actively integrate into local and regional commercial teams, contributing to the design and execution of integrated sales strategies. * Coordinate efforts with pre-sales, solution architecture, operations, activations, and customer service to ensure a seamless and high-standard experience. * Align internal efforts to guarantee correct implementation, activation, support, and post-sale satisfaction. **Sales Pipeline and Proposal Management** * Rigorously register, update, and manage the opportunity pipeline in CRM for both Core and digital products. * Participate in the development, coordination, and delivery of technical and commercial proposals (RFPs) in local or regional processes. * Ensure proposals reflect the technical, economic, and strategic value of the offered solutions. * Continuously follow up on each opportunity until closure, identifying bottlenecks and accelerators in the sales process. **Requirements:** * Graduated engineer in Telecommunications, Computer Systems, Cybersecurity, or related fields. * Solid knowledge in structuring, selecting, and managing corporate clients, with the ability to build long-term relationships and generate commercial value. * Certifications: CCNA/CCNP Security, Azure/AWS Cloud, CISSP, ITIL, COSO. * Minimum of 4 years of experience in implementation or problem-solving roles. * Strong analytical skills. * Negotiation and effective communication skills. \#TigoElSalvador Our people are the soul of Tigo El Salvador.
