Mandatory experience in shoe assembly and industrial sewing machines. **A footwear industry company** is seeking **EXTERNAL SHOE ASSEMBLERS** for upper assembly. **JOB OBJECTIVE** Perform external shoe component assembly, ensuring finishing quality, adherence to delivery timelines, and correct execution of assigned processes. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Assemble shoe components according to model and technical specifications. * Meet established delivery deadlines. * Ensure assembly quality (stitching, alignment, and finishing). * Deliver cut parts according to schedule (coordination with the factory). * Report material defects or issues. **REQUIREMENTS** * Experience in shoe assembly (mandatory). * Proficiency in operating industrial sewing machines. * Attention to detail and organized work habits. * Accountability for meeting delivery deadlines. * Personal workspace and equipment (mandatory). **CONDITIONS** * Employment type: External work (per piecework) * Payment: Piece-rate basis * Continuous workflow delivery Job type: Contract-based Work location: Remote
