Job Summary: Responsible for executing the electronic initiation process of blasting, including planning, design, connection, and detonation, ensuring customer satisfaction. Key Highlights: 1. Comprehensive coordination and execution of blasting processes. 2. Generation of reports and analysis of post-blast results. 3. Product training and addressing customer needs. **Mission or Objective**: Execute the electronic initiation process of blasting to ensure proper detonation according to customer requirements. **Responsibilities**: * Plan and coordinate tasks with personnel involved in blasting operations. * Ensure adequate stock levels of Daveytronic products at the operation site. * Carry out the blasting design process, programming, connection, checking, charging, and detonation. * Collect blasting process data and generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on key performance indicators, progress, anomalies, downstream post-blast result tracking support, and improvement opportunities. * Conduct product training sessions covering product features and properties. * Address customer needs by responding promptly to requests and requirements. * Coordinate blasting activities with the customer and provide process reports. **Requirements**: * Minimum 1 year of mining industry experience preferred. * Mining Technician or related field degree. * Knowledge of blasting processes preferred. * Class A2b or A1 driver's license (held for at least 3 years) preferred.
