We are looking for a **Design Project Manager** with experience leading architectural design projects for offices and retail. You will be responsible for coordinating multidisciplinary teams and ensuring the comprehensive development of technical documentation from conception to construction execution. **Mandatory Requirements:** * Licensed and registered architect (valid CAP). * BIM certification (verifiable). * Minimum experience: * 6 years in architecture. * 2 years leading projects and/or design teams. * 1 year of proven BIM methodology experience. * Proficiency in BIM software (Revit, ACC). * Experience in complete technical documentation and multidisciplinary coordination. **Desirable:** * Certification in BIM Coordination or Management. * Knowledge of PMI methodology. **Competencies:** * Leadership and team management. * Effective communication and negotiation. * Results-oriented with strong deadline adherence.
