We are looking for Service Designers: Main responsibilities: * Responsible for conceptual design involving the planning and organization of service components, such as interactions between the service provider, customers, and other stakeholders, infrastructure, and communication strategy, aiming to enhance service value. * Focused on designing services, relationship models, and value propositions through the analysis, definition, and optimization of activities visible and invisible to end users (frontstage and backstage) necessary to deliver a consistent experience that positively exceeds their expectations. Requirements: * At least 1 project developing value propositions (Service Design). * At least 1 exploration project resulting in one of the following artifacts: Blueprint, Customer Journey Map, and/or information architecture diagrams. * At least 1 project where workshops were planned and managed with different stakeholders alongside other design profiles, at any stage of a service lifecycle. * Ideally, 1 project developed for a product or service within the enterprise segment (SME or large enterprise). * Autonomous handling of frameworks such as Design Thinking, Service Design, Customer Experience, Jobs to Be Done, Business Design, Strategic Design, and Behavioral Design. Mandatory experience using Design Thinking, Service Design, and at least 2 of the other mentioned frameworks. * Must have knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research techniques. * In-depth interviews, concept testing, usability testing, guerrilla testing, shadowing. Ability to read descriptive statistics and define/interpret KPIs and design metrics. * Experience leading and managing multidisciplinary teams.
